1. Operator and contact

BrainTrainings Academy is a brand operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Cyprus. Support, billing, legal, cancellation, and refund requests can be sent to yourbrainforeverything@gmail.com.

2. Service description

BrainTrainings Academy is self-service educational software for generating adjustable worksheets, practice workbooks, lesson materials, and student practice links. Paid access is sold as a software subscription unless a checkout page states otherwise.

3. No medical advice

BrainTrainings Academy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, professional diagnosis, automatic clinical recommendations, or guaranteed health or learning outcomes.

4. Accounts and professional responsibility

Users are responsible for account security and for the materials they create, assign, and interpret. Educators and specialists must use the platform as an educational material preparation tool.

5. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically according to the billing period shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals from billing settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Refund requests should include the account email, purchase date, and payment receipt or transaction ID when available.

7. Third-party creator payments

BrainTrainings Academy does not process payments for third-party creators. Shared programs, where available, are examples and templates inside the platform.

8. Intellectual property

Content you create remains yours. The platform, exercise generators, algorithms, and user interface are proprietary and may not be reverse-engineered or redistributed.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainTrainings Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
