Subscription refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of an initial subscription purchase if premium features have not been extensively used. After that period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was unavailable because of our error.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time from billing settings or by emailing support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and does not automatically refund past charges.
How to request a refund
Email yourbrainforeverything@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, payment receipt or transaction ID when available, and the reason for the request.
